Curt Thomas is the founder of the Vulture Leadership Institute™ and the author of Vulture Leadership Mentality™.

His approach to leadership is forged from over 28 years of cumulative experience in high-stakes environments. An Air Force veteran and former State Trooper who transitioned into executive roles in Corporate America, Curt backs his frontline experience with a Master of Science in Leadership from The Citadel: The Military College of South Carolina.

As a TEDx Speaker and speaker coach, he is dedicated to helping others command the room. On a personal note, Curt is the proud father of three sons, including one currently serving as a United States Marine.
